Firestorm Fire Protection is looking for a SERVICE COORDINATOR.
This position is required in Rutherford or Sydney to join a team of service coordinators/planners overseeing more than 30,000 fire assets across Australia and New Zealand.
We are looking for a keen professional to be based at the head office in Rutherford or Sydney to take on day-to-day planning and scheduling utilizing our Simpro ERP system.
Duties include but are not limited to:-
- Managing all installation, servicing, and repairs for fire protection commercial servicing
- Liaising with fellow planners to resource installations
- Planning of jobs
- Exemplary customer service
- High-level administrative duties
- Maintenance of database and customer assets
- Manage and raise jobs in SimPRO
- Monthly reporting for clients
- Issue of fire safety certificates
- Defect Management
- Handle daily phone calls from both customers and technicians
- Working in with other planners to meet client needs and cross-skill for leave coverage as required
