Firestorm Fire Protection is looking for a SERVICE COORDINATOR.

This position is required in Rutherford or Sydney to join a team of service coordinators/planners overseeing more than 30,000 fire assets across Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking for a keen professional to be based at the head office in Rutherford or Sydney to take on day-to-day planning and scheduling utilizing our Simpro ERP system.

Duties include but are not limited to:-

  • Managing all installation, servicing, and repairs for fire protection commercial servicing
  • Liaising with fellow planners to resource installations
  • Planning of jobs
  • Exemplary customer service
  • High-level administrative duties
  • Maintenance of database and customer assets
  • Manage and raise jobs in SimPRO
  • Monthly reporting for clients
  • Issue of fire safety certificates
  • Defect Management
  • Handle daily phone calls from both customers and technicians
  • Working in with other planners to meet client needs and cross-skill for leave coverage as required
